Anti-Collision Light

Hi. I just ordered an anti-collision light so I can fly at twilight. Is anyone using them and can you provide some advice as to the best place to mount one? I'm assuming the center top but want to be sure it's mounted so the bright light doesn't affect the camera. Thanks
