The RID update is out now. You will not need a module as the Lite Plus is capable. Personally I love the Lite Plus but don't use the functions you want, it's a great flyer and camera.

I flew yesterday and after I was finished the update popped up on my controller. I downloaded it to Lite Plus and put a fresh battery in and went back up to see if drone flew fine. I didn't have problems beforehand so not much difference but it flew fine and did everything I asked on new update...

New drone owner and after doing a lot research and watching videos I purchased a Autel Evo lite plus and have very happy so far. I just want it for recreation and have put about 2 hours flying so far. Amazing photos and video.
