I ended up having to purchase a new controller. Powered on, put it in matching mode and it connected right up.

I've been in contact with Autel Support, even though they are end of life and they provided me with FW 1.4.9 to try and offline update the aircraft. Doing that now. I'm not sure why the antenna connections would have broken, it's been in the case the whole time. Their directions on the offline...
