I dealt with them just over a month ago regarding the repair / replacement of my crashed XSP. All emails were responded to promptly and got my refurb unit back in just over a week.

Wow, very nice. The video got me to thinking of the time we visited Cardiff, which was back in 1986 - half my life ago! Where does time go?

I’ve also heard others complain of the charger making a high pitched whine. I’m guessing it’s the transformer or rectifier doing that. Autel says that whine is “perfectly normal”...
