Are there any extra details you can provide? What model Autel Drone are we hearing about here? What charger are you using, a single line or the quad? Have you tested the output? How long have you owned the Autel and where did you buy it from? New / Second hand? You say they do not support...

I'm sorry to hear that. I've have my 6k Mk2 for sometime and never had an issue. Absolutely love the NO NFZ part of it as well. Hope you have better luck.
