    I couldn't agree more, Unfortunately, I think the issues you mention are falling on deft ears. I think it is just a matter of time before the name Autel drones will be nothing more than a bad word in the drone community.

    Major change needed at Autel

    I bought the pro 2 V1 6 months ago just to get away from DJI products. Sorry, Autel I have been waiting for over 2 months for an answer to a problem I have with my drone. NOTHING BUT CRICKETS. I am going back to DJI reluctantly, but they at least stand behind what they sell.

    Yes, good luck same issue. I am selling my pro1 just because of their customer service dept. Well, I will just leave it at that. I am done with Autel going back to DJI
