Consumer electronics repair technician, I did field servicing of, TVs, VCRs, Microwave ovens, gas ranges propane/natural gas, sealed gas burner. All cook tops, radiant, halogen, induction, standard element type. Basically all cooking appliances, and electronically controlled oven temperature sensing systems. Installation and repair of garage door openers, gate operators and balanced garage doors, spring replacement. Also used to install and remove 40 foot TV antennas with rotors back in the day of roof top antenna set-ups. I have an extensive knowledge of automotive electronics and the sensing and data collection to ECMs used in modern vehicles. Generator repair standard and inverter types. Been into electronics since I was a kid learning some from an old guy repairing antique tube radios and TVs out of his garage. Worked for a mom & pop Television Repair shop during high school. Production Test Tech for Cinematronix. Did assembly work for Data Graphix a division of General Dynamics building Microfiche duplicating machines. Worked for Sears Service Center for 10 years as electronics technician. In all, 40+ years experience.
