I have had over 160 flights on my DJI Mini 2, no difficulties. I suspect that as with many different products, there are some "lemons" out there. We just have to hope that the one we buy isn't a lemon, and hope that the company is ethical enough to replace one that immediately has problems...

Of course LLE have the right to enforce laws in their state, but they have no authority to enforce unlawful laws. Are you assuming that all drone-related rules, regulations and laws are lawful? I'm not assuming that. In fact I very much doubt that is the case.

I came across this video today which is quite interesting: a comparison of the DJI Mini 2 and the Autel Evo Nano in an urban environment, where there is a lot of interference. The Autel Evo Nano won the competition handily. I don't have any interest in flying in urban environments like this...

FAA may be in favor of this, but this doesn't make it lawful for LLE to take this action. My sense is that the federal government can't delegate/assign tasks to state law enforcement. Rather the reverse is the case. States control the federal government and can assign them tasks.

Wow, what a ridiculous situation caused by DJI. First of all the government has no authority to restrict drone flying to the extent that it does. The actual restrictions needed for safety are IMO far less than what we have now. For manufacturers to put geofencing software in their products...
