I had something similar tothat issue when I had the stock firmware from when I bought it. But it all disappeared when I upgraded to the beta 2.0.1 firmware. Still haven't upgraded to the 2.0.8 firmware because this firmware is working so well.

I wish they were just thumbnails. They are 432 by 240 videos of the higher Resolution videos. Not sure why I have these extra files. I am on the beta 2.0.1 firmware, and not the latest yet.
When I pull my SD card out and put it in my tablet or computer I notice that I have 2 sets of the same photos. One set is in a folder I think that is labeled "100" and the other I think is "100Media". I find my high resolution photos in the "100Media" and it seems the tablet creates the "100"...
