had same issue while using my Epson bt-300... usb cable was issue

micro - usb ( bt-300 ) to usb - micro adapter (controller)

have you had any issues with display freezing and displaying in black and white? Im guessing its an issue with EVO supplied cable... starts out working fine then freezes

update, i was able to get it installed and working!! may i ask how you side load the apk for Autel explorer on your bt-300? I used the apk extractor and placed it onto my micro card and placed into bt-300 and not sure how to proceed... or if i am doing it correctly. thanks ps: love your...
