I had problems with support myself. That is why I will never upgrade to another Autel unit. When my Evo crashed for no apparent reason, just fell out of the sky, they found no problems and just sent the drone back. They wanted to argue about replacing props on a unit THAT WAS UNDER WARRANTY...

The battery was fully charged when it took flight. The battery wasn't the problem. Once I came around the corner of the trees and brush, the drone came back online and I could see it on camera laying upside down. It was near dark. If it weren't for the lights on the drone I'd have never found it.

I can attest to that. A wild wood duck will not just sit there with a drone flying around him. I don't know about ducks at the local parks which are photographed all the time. In fact I don't know of any wild animal that will sit there and pose with a drone creeping up on him.
