Everything you can do with the tablet that you cannot do with the controller. I'm not going to make a bullet point list of things to entertain this silliness because I think it's well understood. The controller screen is good for a limited contingency if the tablet fails.

Noted. Again, this isn't for a real estate sale. It's for the owner's personal use. So lots of content in longer form is what the customer wanted. So in this case, it actually wasn't intended to keep your interest. That said, if I can make it flow a little quicker, I will try.
