I remember the same problem, and I think I finally found the "OK" on the screen, but it was very faint. Take it into a dark closet and see if you can see it.

Similar problem and returned the Nano+, and new one flew fine. Autel all ears to have QC problems?

I live in the mountains .. and have climbed my Nano+ and Lite higher than 2,500 ft. up a mountainside, maintaining VLOS w. strobes, and never going above 400 AGL, which is the way max allowable altitude is defined ... not MSL ... but AGL!!

Why can’t Autel allow download to uSD card and then upgrade occurs when you power on the drone? MUCH faster and reliable!!

Same problem. Returned to Amazon and replacement worked fine. Autel needs better QC.

Flew my Nano+ up the mountain behind our home in western WY, and overestimated the battery capacity ... and it was cold, which likely contributed to the drone landing about 200 yards short of the home point, in the trees and in the snow ... I had the flight log from the controller, and looked...

New replacement Nano+ arrived and performed normally. Also had the repeated firmware update problem and turns out you have to do complete firmware update for each battery!! Should be done off uSD after first download .. 😖

Somewhat similar problem .. brand new .. after firmware upgrade the right stick only moves the drone backwards normally ... if you move it forward the drone just creeps at about 1 ft./sec ... left/right bank, rotate, and up/down OK. Returned to Amazon as DOA.

Similar problem ... left/right OK, backwards OK .. forwards takes forever (like 5 sec in Ludicrous mode) to get moving forwards and then just creeps ... Tried another controller and no different .. Drone returned to Amazon as DOA ...

Be careful ... in almost all states it is illegal to use drones to spot game while hunting, though photography OK many places.
