one thing the told me was to start the drone and let it idle for several minutes and then put in the SD card

I did find a video that if you click on your profile before going to camera there is a data log and if you do the password for the data I think you can copy the data to a cloud someplace and then delete some entries in the log.

Is there any way I can clear the log file? I took it out in the back yard and flew for about 20 minutes. Problem is I had to fly under a canopy of trees so the file is full of object overhead, it sounded like a truck backing up the whole time "LOL"

I have a EVO II Dual 640T V3 and I am trying to find out how to capture the temperatures on video and stills. I can see them on the controller while taking video but they do not show up on the file that is created. Any thought would be appreciated.

I am not sure what it was as it was a new drone but the upload I did was to ModelC-A_FW_V1.1.54 and I rolled it back to ModelC-A_FW_V1.1.31

did you start the drone and let it set for 2 minutes first? I think that is to let all the boot up process to finish and then insert the card. also I did a deep format of the SD card, if windows you have to uncheck the quick format

I had to download the new update to a SD card and let the drone sit there powered up for several minutes and then put the SD card in and after the upload finishes let it just set for 15 minutes and then reboot everything

Now that is a understatement, I could not even get them to tell me the proper sequence, they just sent me another list that is from the manual which does not state what the normal sequence is

I am having problems understanding the sequencing of my indicator lights. Is anyone else having the same sequences as this after the latest update?

I had problems with the firmware for my EVO II Dual 640T V3 . I finally got it to load but not my indicator lights and marker lights are all messed up. They have had all my data for about 3 weeks and nothing yet.
