Confused!

As you all know, I'm new to this game. I'm learning fast but there is one thing I can't figure out. The view on my video is canted about 15 degrees to the left. The camera works perfectly in all other respects but I can't get it level again. Any suggestions?

There is a adjustment in the App to straighten out the horizon but most likely it will not fix the problem. Everytime you turn the camera will tilt the other way. Some have sent their cameras into Autel who then recalibrates it and have had good luck with getting it back fixed.
Many of us have the tilted horizon, I just fix it in post.

In the settings menu, you can adjust the gimbal roll here.
But as Agustine stated, this won't completely fix the problem. If you have to adjust the roll to 1.0, -1.0 or more, it may appear level, but once you turn the drone, the horizon will be off again.

I had to have mine adjusted by Autel before my warranty expired. they had a price of $30.00 if it was NOT under warranty.
