Sadly my brand new Nano+ has terrible jello problem. Confirmed by Blade Strike that it will need to be sent in.
Contacted support Friday morning and waiting for reply.
I wanted to chime in here - we had trouble with the .MP4 files from our Nano+ this past week. They do not import into Premiere or Media Encoder (latest versions) as stated. However, I was able to import them into Insta360 Studio and convert to ProRes for editing. This is a great free software that supports the amazing Insta360 line of cameras. Hope this helps.
