Lawyers - Don't get me started!!! However, in this case, GoPro mislead (PC for lied) to current and potential investors about viability of their UAV product. Then pulled it. Oops!! According to legal sources, they are walking a fine line with the SEC. This is just the inevitable posturing for a law firm who wants to be first-in-line when the money gets handed out.
Think I'm going to wear protective gear when setting down to this forum. Every time I'm critical of the legal profession, my wife gets out of bed, walks into my office and smacks me in the head. Then she goes back to bed. How do she know??

Just a little bit. With an emphasis in aviation no less. Something I think to myself "What was I thinking?" Then I look at the photo on my bookshelf and answer my own question.
