My buddy contacted Autel and he was pleased to find out they may help him. They told him to send in a copy of his last flight log and if they can see what happened was a malfunction he will get a new drone. I was reading the reviews on the Getter Back,looks like alot of people are putting them...

Its really ironic that i posted this thread today. My buddy who has an XSP lost his into a lake this afternoon after I posted this. He had the magnetic interference warning come up,lost control,switched over to ATTI but no luck because it was not enabled in his app. There where no power lines...

I have a fair question I believe. I love to fly my drone over bodies of water and such. What if the drone quit and dropped from a malfunction into the river and was never able to be found? Would Autel replace the drone? How would we be able to prove our beloved bird is a sunken treasure...

Thank you very much! Its just Open Shot in Linux a free editor....I dont do any more than clip,fade,and add audio. Hope to get some really cool shots this Summer as I get more skill flying the XSP. Looking back I should have panned down a little,got some prop in the shot :)

I tried the what should be the CSC both sticks in and down at angle while this happened and it was still like 2 seconds. The reason it happened was the drone was in critical battery warning and came home on its own to land.I must have missed the first warning cause there was a dewd in a car...

IMO,Autel needs to add a faster way to cut the motors on the XSP. I was flying in the wind today,25 MPH with gusts 30 or so,the drone handled it perfect!! Only problem is when i came in for landing I couldn't get the motors off fast enough and the drone stayed on the light side and did a bloop...

Yeah no mods for this drone...might get some carbon props down the road but i read the stock props are more than adequate.

Ahh,the almighty pause button,now if you hit that pause will the craft remain in GPS mode? Guess after hitting pause we should flip to ATTI mode if this happens?

I go straight up 200ft or so,then go for it..here in Jersey you can still fly over peoples houses without any legal issues from what i read.

I had one guy(forget his name) on the phone from Autel that rubbed me wrong,he sounded in a rush and aggravated to be talking to me about a problem i had. Other than that,they been great!

I just use Open Shot a free Linux software.Its all i need.
