Battery No Fit XSP

Anyone find they're gotten a battery recently that physically is about .080" + in one dimension.

Plus, both of the 6 pin power sockets offset enough to stop the mating of the battery to the charger or the a/c.

It certainly looks authentic but of my 4 batteries it simply cannot be used....................... It was an Amazon supplier.

Are you sure it is not puffing out? Could be a really bad battery if that is the case.

No swelling in evidence. It cannot be inserted in the A/C or the charger. It doesn't look a fake manufacture. I wonder if any one has run into this?

First I have ever heard of it. Talk to Autel. They might be able to tell if its fake from the serial number.

Is it an actual OEM Autel battery... there are lots of counterfeit & knockoff parts in the RC aircraft industry.

get it sent back to amazon because it won't work. They should help you with the seller. Time is running

Amazon has refunded the amount and we have the ups ground return shipping labels via email.
