Are there settings to change color palette to black and white, and also from Celsius to Fahrenheit?

OK Folks,
I did find an Autel video online to help... only they are screen shots and don't really show through actions HOW to get to these settings.
To get to the first set of the camera settings touch the upward facing "^" on the lower right of the screen. From there you can changing a lot of the settings, color pallet etc.
THEN for the rest of the settings touch the "file folder" looking icon (far lower right) and that opens most of the more important settings.
