Flight metrics in video

Does anyone know how to make the video have the flight metrics in it? Like the altitude and the iso and things like that? I enabled subtitle .*** file and I still don't see anything or where to even find that file, I just want to be able to see those metrics in video or have the metrics of that video ready to view
