Hi, anyone know if this is possible?
Mechanically it should work. But controllable only between -90 degrees- +15 degrees.

What would be the point? The only thing you would be looking at is the underside of the upper lip of the drone. Even at +15 degrees in a strong headwind the lip of the drone starts to protrude into the footage not to mention the props. The only drones that allow you to point straight up are the ones where their design allows the camera to be completely free from any platform obstructions.

DJI Mini 3 gimbal can look up 30 degrees.
Great for photogrammetry models to fill in what would otherwise by blurry extrapolations, like under a deck on a house.

It definitely would be great to aim farther up, straight up would be perfect for the zenith portion of a 360 pano but only drones with cameras unobstructed by the platform can do it. The DJI Mini 3's camera is farther forward with less of an overhang from the top of the drone so it can get away with it. The EVO II for example can't even shoot up 15 degrees in a strong headwind without the upper lip protruding into the image.
