I think I received someone else's drone by mistake.

I have called AUTEL's number and have left several messages but no one has called me back. This time its for a different reason. I think they made a mistake. It was determined that the gimbal on my Nano+ was faulty from the factory. They told me to send it back. Then they sent me an email stating they had repaired it and was sending it back to me. It arrived, repaired, but they also included a brand new grey colored packaged from the factory (Mine is orange. A color I can see easily) Nano+ in as well. I beleive this was in error. I can't email support at this time because China is having a 5 day holiday and I was told there would be no response from emails during that time. So I have been calling the number based in Bothell WA. Is there another number? Im sure the grey drone was to go to someone else.
