IOC Mode Got Me!

I decided to try IOC mode yesterday. It worked fine. After I flew the X-Star back to my position I landed it manually and shut the motors off. Several minutes later I tried to start the motors again and I got the message, "Cannot start motors. Aircraft is not activated." I FORGOT that I had not switched back to GPS mode. It probably took me 10 minutes to figure out what was going on. Duh! Next time I'll know but it would have been nice if the message had said, "Cannot start motors. IOC mode activated," or something a little more relevant.

That happened to my buddy the other day. Just took it out of the box for first flight and the previous user put it in IOC mode I guess. His did say on the screen something about IOC mode though.

I’ve hit that button by accident more than once, (too easy to do, the button should have a lock,or something IMHO), but always caught it before flight, thankfully....
