Let's hope HR-1526/S-631 never sees the light of day. Talk about over-regulation...

Among other very unrealistic things, this one says you have to disclose specifically where you will be flying and the maximum duration of each flight at the time you apply for your license, which is impossible to know in advance. It also says that our personally identifiable information gets thrown into a database that anyone can search...like they do with sex offenders today.
