Assuming there are at least two panes, probably more for the pilots safety that is still not good that one cracked.

The aircraft company I work for has as part of its approach and takeoff checklist to have window heat turned on. This makes the glass more flexible in case of a bird strike. It is surprising to see the drone disintegrate so completely.
