This may have been answered already so apologize, can anyone tell me if the combination Explorer App is out of Beta testing and active for public use?

Still in Beta for the moment. I think we have to wait for the Evo 2 to come out to see it evolve.

hmmmm for iOS AND Android? I though I got my Android app normally. I know the iOS version is Beta

I got it yesterday on android and it gives you the option to use it for evo1 or 2. It works the same as the Original one. The only thing I had to do was sink my old flight log and uninstall the Old one..

I'm not shore as I have heard nothing from Autel.

When you download the app, you automatically get registered into their beta program, therefore it is still a beta app.
